LG Electronics (KRX:066570) and San Diego, California-based Qualcomm Technologies will unveil the cross-domain controller (xDC) platform at the CES 2025, the South Korean electronics products maker said Friday.
The xDC platform will integrate LG's in-vehicle infotainment system with an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS). The platform is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon Ride Flex SoC. The platform offers intuitive access to ADAS alerts, real-time traffic-based routes, lifestyle updates, and upgraded in-car mobility experiences, the release said.
Shares of LG Electronics rose more than 2% in recent trade on Tuesday.
