智通财经APP获悉，山东新华制药股份(00719)AH股均回落逾6%，此前曾连续两个交易日走强。截至发稿，A股跌6.24%，H股跌6.76%，报5.93港元，成交额5113.9万港元。
消息面上，1月6日，山东新华制药股份公告称，该公司1月3日、1月6日A股股票连续两个交易日收盘价格涨幅偏离值累计达到20%，根据深圳证券交易所的有关规定，属于股票交易异常波动的情况。公司董事会确认，公司目前没有任何根据深交所《股票上市规则》等有关规定应予以披露而未披露的事项或与该事项有关的筹划、商谈、意向、协议等。
由于近期进入冬季流感高发期，市场关注度持续提升，新华制药此前两个交易日连续走高。公开资料显示，该公司是全球重要的解热镇痛药物供应商，拥有布洛芬、阿司匹林、五安系列、美洛昔康等系列产品。2024年前三季度，山东新华制药股份取得营业收入人民币67.34亿元(单位下同)，同比增加3.64%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润3.44亿元，同比减少12.22%。
