UMS Integration (SGX:558) submitted an application to the Securities Commission Malaysia on Dec. 31, 2024 to seek approval for a proposed secondary listing on the Bursa Malaysia, according to a same day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The company will now seek shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting to facilitate the listing.
