金吾财讯 | 万国数据(09698)盘初逆市走强，截至发稿，涨3.76%，报24.85港元，成交额1909万港元。消息面上，日前，国家发改委等三部门印发《国家数据基础设施建设指引》，文中提及，到2029年，基本建成国家数据基础设施主体结构，初步形成横向联通、纵向贯通、协调有力的国家数据基础设施基本格局，构建协同联动、规模流通、高效利用及规范可信的数据流通利用体系，协同构筑数据基础设施技术和产业良好生态，国家数据基础设施建设和营运体制机制基本建立。华西证券指出，伴随AI智能算力需求的提升以及运营商和互联网Capex向智算中心偏重，以及国家政策推动强化算力集群布局，大型、超大型算力枢纽节点的数据中心有望加速建设整合，相关受益公司包括万国数据等。
华泰证券发研报指，观察到AI需求带动下，国内数据中心行业呈现持续复苏态势，海外数据中心建设维持较高景气度，公司作为运营规模领先、出海布局领先的IDC供应商有望受益。
