　　协鑫科技（03800）盘中涨超4%，截至发稿，股价上涨3.70%，现报1.12港元，成交额2.40亿港元。

　　1月6日，卓航控股发布公告，本集团拟多元发展其服务及拓展其业务组合。收购协鑫将有助本集团的能源业务及智能制造业务发展，并加强本集团在能源领域及智能制造的布局，使其成为清洁能源市场的主要参与者。董事会认为，新业务将为本集团在能源及智能制造领域的战略举措带来重大进展。此举预期将加强本集团在清洁能源方面的能力，使其在可持续能源解决方案转型中占据领导地位。

　　公告称，透过整合协鑫的技术及专业知识，本集团将能有效扩大其可再生能源项目的组合，包括光伏、风电及创新储能系统。本集团成功取得广东省企业投资项目备案证，不仅体现本集团在监管合规的承担，亦有助于高效执行该等举措。此外，100MW/600MWh无坝抽水蓄能电站等高效能源解决方案的开发，展现本集团致力于应对当前及未来的能源需求。
