J&T Global Express' Q4 Parcel Volume Jumps 33%

J&T Global Express' (HKG:1519) parcel volume from all its markets jumped 32.5% to 7.39 billion parcels in the fourth quarter from 5.58 billion in the year-ago period, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The number of parcels in its China market was up 27.4%, while in its home base of Southeast Asia, the number increased by 62.5% compared with a year ago.

Across the express delivery company's new markets, parcel volume edged up 0.1% to 74.4 million.

For the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2024, total parcel volume grew 31% to 24.6 billion from 18.8 billion in the year-ago period, with the number rising 29.1% in China, 40.8% in Southeast Asia, and 22.1% in new markets.
