发展局局长宁汉豪公布今季本财年第四季(2025年1月至3月)卖地计划，政府将招标出一幅东涌106B住宅地，总楼面3.7万平方米，提供745伙，并非今年卖地表上。她解释，考虑近日市场环境及市场意见，同区未来公营房屋未来几年陆续入伙，加上近月港铁(00066.HK) 成功售出同区地皮，认为目前是合适时间推该幅地。
她指，听到业界诉求，因此推出招标条件简单、规模较细，招标条款简单及无要求政府设施要求的用地，该用地正正符合市场期望。该用地曾经在2023年9月为用地招标，但后来流标。今次亦优化招标条款，基建设施由预计承载400伙、平均单位面积90平方米，检视后单位可增加至750伙，平均面积下调至50平方米。
另外，她指，市建局推出旺角山东街项目，提供约340伙，连同私人发展同重建项目预计有2个项目完成契约修订共提供约13伙。换言之，来自不同来源土地供应，料今季可提供1,100伙。
总结政府今个财政年度合共提供约8,340伙，占全年私人房屋供应目标约63%，意味全年供应未达标，而数字并未反映来自第4季修订契约的私人发展项目供应，因有关数字有滞后。(ha/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-01-07 16:25。)
