东北证券认为，在国内鞋服市场发展日益成熟的情况下，出海成为本土品牌寻求新增量的必经之路，其中东南亚市场仍待发展，且具备距离优势、消费者体型相近、文化相似等优势，是国内品牌重点发力市场。2024年期间，安踏体育、李宁等国内领先企业加速海外布局探索，为中长期发展寻求增量。
该行指出，2024年10月，李宁公告与红杉联合成立合资公司从事国际市场开拓业务。李宁上市集团自身仍集中精力于中国大陆业务，通过成立合资公司的方式进行海外布局探索，与第三方专业团队合作，提升效率。此外，公司有权在4年及8年的期间时间内收回合资公司部分或全部股权，对公司财务影响有限，有效规避相关风险。
