Guangzhou Metro Design & Research Institute (SHE:003013) plans to acquire Guangzhou Metro Engineering Consulting, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Tuesday.
The Chinese engineering services provider intends to buy the target from Guangzhou Metro Group and settle the consideration by issuing shares.
The parties signed a letter of intent for the potential acquisition, which has no final price yet.
