格隆汇1月6日｜怪兽充电(EM.US)盘前大涨20.25%，报0.86美元。消息面上，怪兽充电今日宣布收到来自中信资本旗下“信宸资本”及公司管理层发出的初步非约束性建议书，拟以每股美国存托凭证(ADS)1.25美元现金收购公司所有已发行的普通股，拟议价格较最新收盘价溢价约74.8%。双方此次达成合作意向主要基于对中国本地生活市场持续发展的共同看好，对公司创始团队的丰富经验以及所取得的行业地位和品牌优势的充分认可，以及对信宸资本在私募股权行业中的领先地位和广泛生态布局的一致认同。(格隆汇)
