智通财经APP讯，中国生命集团(08296)发布公告，有关拟收购广东因微约19.46%股权，由于股权转让协议的先决条件未能达成，故收购事项并未于2024年12月31日(即股权转让协议的最后截止日期)完成，股权转让协议亦因此失效。股权转让协议订约方根据股权转让协议并无任何其他责任及义务。董事认为，股权转让协议失效将不会对集团的业务、经营及财务状况造成重大不利影响。
