观点网讯：1月6日，市场消息显示，名创优品拟发行总额约43亿港元的股票挂钩证券，所筹资金将主要用于海外市场拓展、供应链发展及股份回购。据悉，该证券票面利率介于0.5%至1%，每半年派息一次，2032年1月到期。销售文件显示，名创优品此次发行的证券可行使日期分别为2028年1月14日及2030年1月14日前后，初始行使价较参考价有30%至40%的溢价。瑞银和汇丰将担任此次交易的联席账簿管理人。
