1月6日金融一线消息，重庆银行股份有限公司发布公告称，近日，该行收到第一大股东重庆渝富资本运营集团有限公司发来的《重庆渝富资本运营集团有限公司关于重庆市国资委、渝富控股及机电控股签订轻纺集团<托管协议>的通知》。渝富资本控股股东重庆渝富控股集团有限公司与重庆市国有资产监督管理委员会、重庆机电控股（集团）公司、重庆轻纺控股（集团）公司签署了《托管协议》，将渝富控股持有的轻纺集团 80%股权托管给机电控股，相关事项完成后，渝富资本及其关联方的构成将发生变动。
