智通财经APP讯，药师帮(09885)发布公告，于2025年1月6日，根据本公司与信托机构(受托人)订立的信托安排，受托人为满足根据股份激励计划授出的奖励，于市场上购回本公司10万股股份，总代价为56.65万港元，平均价格为每股5.67港元。根据信托安排，受托人应按照股权激励计划及信托安排就合资格参与者的利益以信托方式持有及管理资金及财产(信托基金)。本公司可能指示受托人作出进一步购回额外股份，并不时就有关购回另行刊发自愿公告。
