消息面上，卓航控股发布公告，于2024年12月17日，该公司与中亚股权投资基金管理(深圳)有限公司(卖方)订立谅解备忘录，拟向卖方收购协鑫产业园管理(广东)有限公司的51%股权。据悉，目标公司主要从事管理抽水蓄能电站、智能制造、屋顶光伏、定制逆变器工厂及定制接线盒工厂。
公告称，本集团拟多元发展其服务及拓展其业务组合。收购协鑫将有助本集团的能源业务及智能制造业务发展，并加强本集团在能源领域及智能制造的布局，使其成为清洁能源市场的主要参与者。董事会认为，新业务将为本集团在能源及智能制造领域的战略举措带来重大进展。此举预期将加强本集团在清洁能源方面的能力，使其在可持续能源解决方案转型中占据领导地位。
