据知情人士称，美国私募股权巨头KKR正考虑出售所持日本连锁超市西友百货的股份，交易价值可能高达数千亿日元（约数十亿美元）。

　　据悉，出售西友股份的投标程序已经开始，包括永旺、唐吉诃德所有者泛太平洋国际控股公司（Pan Pacific International Holdings）和Trial Holdings在内的主要零售商，以及一家或多家投资基金都提交了投标书。

　　KKR持有西友85%的股份，沃尔玛持有剩余15%的股份。沃尔玛的股份也可能被出售，最终买家将在明年2月左右决定。
