Alpha Modus (AMOD) said Monday that the US Patent and Trademark Office issued its unit a patent titled "Methods for Personalized Marketing and Advertising".
The patent covers techniques that use artificial intelligence to deliver real-time marketing and advertising experiences at the point of decision-making, according to the company.
Shares of the company were up over 16% in recent trading.
