Jan 6 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Monday:

** China's WuXi Biologics said it will sell its vaccine facility in Ireland to Merck for about $500 million.

** Teoxane SA offered to acquire Revance Therapeutics

for a higher price compared to a buyout offer from Crown Laboratories last month.

** Walt Disney Co and sports-focused streaming provider FuboTV have agreed to combine their online live TV businesses, the companies said.

** A takeover offer for Malaysia Airports Holdings by a consortium comprising the country's sovereign wealth fund Khazanah and BlackRock's Global Infrastructure Partners has been extended to Jan. 17 from Jan. 8, a stock filing showed.

** Australia's Insignia Financial said it has received a non-binding proposal from CC Capital Partners, LLC to acquire the firm for A$2.87 billion ($1.78 billion).
