智通财经APP获悉，海信家电(00921)尾盘涨超8%，截至发稿，涨7.71%，报27.95港元，成交额1.66亿港元。
消息面上，今日国家发展改革委、财政部发布《关于2025年加力扩围实施大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新政策的通知》。其中提到，继续支持冰箱、洗衣机等8类家电产品以旧换新，将微波炉、净水器、洗碗机、电饭煲等4类家电产品纳入补贴范围。
国信证券指出，12月底以来，已有约20个省市宣布2025年家电以旧换新跨年度衔接政策。2024年以旧换新政策对家电销售带动效果明显，2025年以旧换新政策延续，有望持续拉动家电换新需求的释放，带动家电业绩增长。华西证券表示，考虑到国内白电行业发展进入相对成熟阶段，以旧换新政策落地效果逐渐显现，格局相对稳定，相关龙头公司增长稳健、现金流稳定，具有长期稳定的分红策略，同时部分标的估值具有一定性价比。
