智通财经APP讯，名创优品(09896)发布公告，于2025年1月6日(美国东部时间)，公司宣布发行本金总额为5.5亿美元、2032年到期的股票挂勾证券(证券发行)。就证券发行而言，公司预期将于证券发行定价后不久与证券发行的经办人及/或其联属人士及/或其他金融机构订立下限看涨期权及上限认股权证。
公司计划将本次证券发行及看涨期权价差交易所得款项净额的50%用于海外门店网络扩展、供应链优化与发展、品牌建设及推广、额外海外营运资金及其他一般公司用途;及另50%用于根据其股份购回计划不时购买普通股及/或美国存托股份(每股相当于四股股份)。公司相信，这些举措将通过支持增长与扩展、提升运营效率以及展示对公司业务基本面的信心与对股东回报最大化的承诺，进一步提升公司长期价值。
