智通财经APP讯，MINDTELL TECH(08611)发布公告，于2025年1月7日(交易时段后)，公司与认购人订立认购协议，据此，公司有条件同意发行及配发，而认购人有条件同意认购7800万股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.052港元。认购价较股份于2025年1月6日(即认购协议日期前最后一个交易日)在联交所所报收市价每股股份0.056港元折让约7.1%。
扣除所有相关费用后，认购事项所得款项净额将约为400万港元，相当于净发行价约每股认购股份0.052港元。公司拟将所得款项净额用作集团的一般营运资金，包括但不限于员工成本及其他行政开支。
