智通财经APP讯，绿城中国(03900)公布，2024年12月，绿城集团自投项目取得销售4,332套，销售面积约69万平方米，当月销售金额约为人民币217亿元，销售均价约为每平方米人民币31,504元。2024年1-12月，绿城集团取得合同销售面积约591万平方米，合同销售金额约人民币1,718亿元;其中归属于绿城集团的权益金额约为人民币1,206亿元。于2024年12月31日，另有累计已签认购协议未转销售合同的金额约人民币21亿元，其中归属于绿城集团的权益金额约为人民币15亿元。
2024年12月，绿城集团以绿城品牌销售的代建管理项目(非自投项目，简称“代建项目”)取得合同销售面积约65万平方米，合同销售金额约人民币69亿元。2024年1-12月，绿城集团代建项目累计取得合同销售面积约818万平方米，合同销售金额约为人民币1,050亿元。
综上，截至2024年12月31日止十二个月，绿城集团累计取得总合同销售面积约1,409万平方米，总合同销售金额约人民币2,768亿元，同比减少8.07%。
