中国外运基础设施公募REITs获受理
财中社1月7日电中国外运（601598/00598）发布关于基础设施公募REITs获得受理的公告。公告指出，公司于2022年6月15日和2024年6月11日分别召开董事会，通过了开展基础设施公募REITs申请发行的相关议案，并将授权有效期续期至24个月。
根据公告，2024年12月27日，公司获悉中银基金管理有限公司与中银资产管理有限公司已向中国证监会和上海证券交易所提交了相关注册和上市申请材料，并获得受理。此外，公司已向香港联交所提交分拆上市申请，获得同意。此次基础设施公募REITs的发行仍需获得中国证监会和上交所的审核同意，存在重大不确定性。
2024年前三季度，中国外运实现收入858.72亿元，归母净利润28.25亿元。
