【闻泰科技：半导体业务不受地缘政治及本次资产出售影响】金十数据1月7日讯，闻泰科技发布投资者关系活动记录表，公司对战略做了一定调整，未来将聚焦到半导体业务，因此与立讯有限公司签署了《出售意向协议》，出售产品集成业务ODM相关的9家子公司股权及经营资产。公司半导体业务不受地缘政治及本次资产出售影响，若本次出售交易顺利达成，公司将通过战略转型构建全新发展格局，巩固并提升在全球功率半导体行业第一梯队的优势地位。目前公司半导体业务的增长主要源自低ASP的中低压器件产品，未来伴随更多高ASP产品投入市场，公司新产品ASP将有望实现几倍甚至十几倍的提升，从而进入下一个更大的增长周期中。此外，目前北美大客户业务现有项目正常出货。
