格隆汇1月7日｜名创优品(MNSO.US)盘前涨超2.8%，报24.75美元。消息面上，名创优品发布公告，于2025年1月6日，公司宣布发行本金总额为5.5亿美元、2032年到期的股票挂勾证券。公司计划将本次证券发行及看涨期权价差交易所得款项净额的50%用于海外门店网络扩展、供应链优化与发展、品牌建设及推广、额外海外营运资金及其他一般公司用途;及另50%用于根据其股份购回计划不时购买普通股及/或美国存托股份。(格隆汇)
