国泰君安发布研报称，和黄医药宣布达成两项协议以6.08亿美元 (人民币44.78亿元) 现金向金浦健服投资管理和上海医药出售其在和黄药业的45%的股权。上述交易并有助于公司专注于发现、开发和商业化治疗癌症和免疫性疾病的创新疗法的核心业务。看好公司创新管线价值，扭亏节点将至。考虑到资产出售贡献，上调2025年收入预测至14.00亿美元(原为7.88亿美元)，维持“增持”评级。
花旗指出，公司以6.08亿美元出售其上海和记医药的45%股权，相当于14至15倍的市盈率，这将进一步加强其资本和债务结构，并使其能够集中资源到核心业务领域。
