Pacific Radiance (SGX:RXS) completed the voluntary liquidation of a dormant indirect subsidiary in Indonesia, Marine Engineering Services, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Tuesday.
The company was liquidated with effect from Dec. 4, 2024.
Shares of the integrated marine solutions company were down over 2% in recent trading.
