格隆汇1月6日｜国联证券公告，公司通过发行A股股份方式购买民生证券99.26%的股份并募集配套资金。本次权益变动前，控股股东国联集团持有公司19.21%的股份，通过一致行动人合计控制48.60%的股份。本次权益变动后，国联集团持股比例增至24.77%，通过一致行动人控制15.21%的股份，合计控制39.99%的股份。交易对方沣泉峪持股比例为6.61%。公司已办理完毕新增股份登记手续。
