智通财经APP讯，*ST金科(000656.SZ)公告，根据2024年12月13日签署的《金科地产集团股份有限公司及重庆金科房地产开发有限公司重整投资协议之产业投资协议》约定，经产业投资人确定，同意深圳久银投资、天津启重圣源、武汉寒树等16家投资主体作为财务投资人参与公司及重庆金科重整投资。2025年1月3日至4日，公司、重庆金科、管理人、上海品器联合体与16家财务投资人分别签署了《重整投资协议》。
根据该重整协议，产业投资人及财务投资人在本次投资中合计支付投资款26.28亿元，受让标的股份合计30亿股。最终受让股份数量以法院裁定批准的《重整计划》及中登公司深圳分公司登记至产业投资人及财务投资人指定证券账户的股份数量为准。该协议签署有利于推动公司及重庆金科重整相关工作的顺利进行。
