加科思(01167.HK) 公布，其自主研发的KRAS抑制剂戈来雷塞注册性临床试验数据在医学期刊《自然医学》(Nature Medicine)发布。在文章中，加科思首次完整公开戈来雷塞治疗KRAS G12C突变的二线或以上肺癌患者的完整数据。
关键性二期临床试验数据显示，在单药二线非小细胞肺癌患者中，戈来雷塞确认客观缓解率为47.9%(56/117)，中位无进展生存期为8.2个月，中位总生存期为13.6个月。
戈来雷塞有良好的安全性特征，和其他KRAS G12C抑制剂相比，具有良好的消化道安全性特征。目前戈来雷塞已经向国家药监局药品审评中心提交新药上市申请，并被纳入优先审评。(jl/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
