　　普甜食品（01699）发布公告，如12月24日公告所揭露，公司向高等法院申请针对上市复核委员会的决定申请司法复核的原截止日期为2025年1月10日。公司已经于2025年1月5日致函上市复核委员会，要求延后司法复核截止日期。联交所于2025年1月6日通知公司，司法复核截止日期延期至2025年1月17日。

　　公司现正在寻求法律及专业意见，并正考虑向高等法院提交许可申请以便对上市复核委员会的决定进行司法复核。
