智通财经APP讯，北京燃气蓝天(06828)发布公告，有关本公司(作为借款人)就总额最高4亿港元等值的非承诺性循环贷款融资(现有融资)与两家银行(作为原贷款人)，其中一家亦作为代理订立的融资协议(经不时修订及补充，融资协议)。
本公司已向代理呈递重新授予请求(重新授予请求)，请求按融资协议所载相同条款及条件向本公司重新授予现有融资(除重新授予请求中另有订明者外)。于2025年1月6日，代理已接纳重新授予请求。
根据融资协议及重新授予请求，将授予本公司的融资总额最高应为4亿港元等值(新融资)，且新融资的到期日应为2025年9月12日。新融资项下的每笔提款均应于相应的一、二、三或六个月利息期的最后一天或本公司及代理同意的任何其他期限内全额偿还。
