South Africa's net foreign reserves fall to $60.371 bln in December

JOHANNESBURG, Jan 8 (Reuters) - South Africa's net foreign reserves fell to $60.371 billion at the end of December from $60.619 billion in November, central bank data showed on Wednesday.

Gross reserves decreased to $65.459 billion in December from $65.859 billion the month before. The forward position, which represents the central bank's unsettled or swap transactions, fell to $0.532 from $0.534 billion.
