【赛轮轮胎：拟投建“柬埔寨全钢子午线轮胎扩建项目”并对相关子公司增资】金十数据1月6日讯，赛轮轮胎公告，公司拟通过境外全资子公司在柬埔寨设立的全资公司CART TIRE，投资建设“柬埔寨全钢子午线轮胎扩建项目”，项目总投资9348万美元，其中建设投资6118万美元、流动资金3230万美元。为满足该项目建设资金需求，公司拟对赛轮香港增资9348万美元，赛轮香港对其全资子公司赛轮新加坡增资9348万美元，赛轮新加坡对其全资子公司CART TIRE增资9348万美元。项目建设完成后，预计新增年产165万条全钢子午线轮胎的生产能力。项目尚需获得国家相关主管部门的审批或备案。
