星空华文更换核数师，安永因费用未达成协议辞任
星空华文（06698）发布公告，宣布更换核数师。由于公司考虑到营运及成本削减策略，与现任核数师安永会计师事务所未能就截至2024年12月31日止年度的审计费用达成协议，安永自2025年1月3日起辞任。安永在公司于2024年6月20日举行的上届股东周年大会上获委任，并于2024年11月14日签订费用函件，但因安永未能调整其费用至符合公司的预算，最终双方未能达成共识。
董事会确认，除审计费用外，安永与公司之间并无其他分歧。更换核数师不会对截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度审计及全年业绩公告产生重大影响。董事会已决定委任国富浩华（香港）会计师事务所为新的核数师，自2025年1月3日起生效，任期至下届股东周年大会结束。董事会对国富浩华的专业能力及市场声誉表示认可，并欢迎其加入。
