Adacel Technologies (ASX:ADA) requested an immediate voluntary suspension to complete its delisting from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company's shares are expected to be removed from the ASX at the close of trading on Jan. 8, the filing said.
The voluntary suspension is expected to last until the ASX approves the delisting, the company said.
