Newborn Town Trustee Buys Back Shares Under Award Scheme

Newborn Town (HKG:9911) trustee Three D Partners bought back 4,452,000 shares between Dec. 30, 2024, and Jan. 3, 2025, for around HK$16 million under its RSU award scheme, a Jan. 3 bourse filing said.

The shares, which represent 0.32% of the company's issued share capital, were repurchased from the market for roughly HK$3.59 apiece.

Following the recent buyback, Three D Partners holds 72,200,069 shares in the internet marketing company.
