智通财经APP讯，卡森国际(00496)发布公告，于2025年1月6日，公司全资附属Zhejiang Baosen与Koh Kong Zhejiang订立租赁协议，据此，Zhejiang Baosen同意自Koh Kong Zhejiang租赁土地。Zhejiang Baosen会将土地用于建造及营运厂房综合体，以于柬埔寨制造家具。
据悉，土地为总占地面积为14981平方米的土地，位于柬埔寨戈公省Srae Ambel县Boeng Preav乡Ou Chrov村Koh Kong Zhejiang经济特区。
公告称，土地为Koh Kong土地的其中一块。经过集团的初步开发后，土地上正在建设水电供应系统及其他必要工业设施。土地位于柬埔寨的一个经济特区内及可用于工业用途。鉴于土地规模大、位置优越及具备配套设施，订立租赁协议及于土地上建设新工厂将令Zhejiang Baosen可利用柬埔寨的人力资源及经济特区的完善设施，而这有利于进一步降低集团制造家具的成本。
