1月6日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局大同监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，晋商银行股份有限公司大同分行存在以下违法违规行为：个人消费贷款管理不到位；流动资金贷款管理不到位，导致贷款资金回流借款人；贴现资金转存保证金后滚动签发银行承兑汇票，利用承兑贴现业务虚增存款规模。晋商银行股份有限公司大同分行被罚70万元。

　　贾某（时任晋商银行股份有限公司大同分行零售部副经理）、赵某鹏 （时任晋商银行股份有限公司大同分行产品经理）、司某 （时任晋商银行股份有限公司大同分行御河西路支行行长）被警告。
