1月6日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局大同监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中信银行股份有限公司大同分行存在以下违法违规行为：个人消费贷款管理不到位，导致贷款资金回流借款人并被挪用于股市和购买理财产品；流动资金贷款管理不到位，导致贷款资金回流借款人。中信银行股份有限公司大同分行被罚50万元。

　　李某坤（时任中信银行股份有限公司大同迎宾街支行副行长）、武某远 （时任中信银行股份有限公司大同分行市场经理）被警告。
