消息面上，加拿大铀生产商Cameco近期表示，由于政府授权失效，其在哈萨克斯坦的合资企业Inkai意外停产。据了解，Inkai是由Cameco和哈萨克斯坦国有铀矿公司Kazatomprom设立的合资企业，Cameco拥有40%的股份。根据11月7日的第三季度收益报告，Inkai预计2024年将生产770万磅铀，其中230万磅已交付给Cameco。这略高于Cameco预计全年产量2310万磅的10%。
招银国际表示，判断未来10年天然铀需求将受惠于核电结构性增长趋势，同时在铀矿供应受限的背景下，铀价将在未来数年保持高企。该行表示，公司通过和哈原工(KAP)两家合营公司持有四个位于哈萨克的低成本铀矿，将受惠于铀价上升的长期趋势。
