　　星空华文（06698）公布，考虑到公司的营运及成本削减策略，双方未能就截至2024年12月31日止年度的审计费用达成协议，公司核数师安永会计师事务所已辞任公司核数师一职，自2025年1月3日起生效。

　　在公司审核委员会建议下，董事会已议决委任国富浩华（香港）会计师事务所有限公司为公司核数师，以填补安永辞任而产生的临时空缺，自2025年1月3日起生效，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
