消息面上，近日，东岳集团发布公告，宣布与东岳氢能订立《重续原材料供货、产品销售及其他交易框架协议V》，该协议将于2025年12月31日到期。根据协议，东岳氟硅科技及其附属公司将向东岳氢能提供生产所需的原材料和配套服务，反之亦然。公告提到，东岳氢能将向东岳氟硅科技及其附属公司提供氢能原材料及相关服务。
根据过往交易数据，东岳氢能在截至2023年12月31日止年度支付给东岳氟硅科技的金额约为2.15亿元，2024年1月1日至2024年11月30日期间支付的金额约为9575万元，均在年度上限范围内。此外，协议规定年度销售上限为5920万元，年度采购上限为1.51亿元。
