　　猫屎咖啡控股（01869）发布公告，于2025年1月3日，公司的全资附属公司江苏猫鼬与承建商（“江苏迅彩建设工程有限公司”）订立建造合约，据此，承建商已有条件同意于该土地上开展建筑工程，代价为人民币约6608.86万元。

　　据悉，该土地位于中国江苏省东台市沿海经济区迎宾大道东侧、海旺路南侧的一幅土地（地块编号为2024（工）11号及总占地面积为约26319平方米。

　　董事认为，纵向整合咖啡豆生产业务便于集团更完美掌控产品质素，并确保咖啡豆的稳定供应，此乃集团猫屎咖啡业务稳健发展的关键要素，并符合集团的长期发展战略。
