　　辽港股份（02880）发布公告，截至2025年1月3日，辽宁港口股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）控股股东之一致行动人大连港集团有限公司（以下简称“大连港”）通过集中竞价方式累计增持公司A股股票1.08亿股，占公司总股本的比例为0.45%，增持金额为1.85亿元（不含交易费）。本次增持计划尚未实施完毕，大连港将按照增持计划，继续择机增持公司股份。
