卡森国际签署租赁协议 初始租期99年
财中社1月6日电卡森国际（00496）发布公告，宣布与Zhejiang Baosen及Koh Kong Zhejiang签订了一项租赁协议，租赁土地用于在柬埔寨建造及运营家具厂房综合体。租赁协议的初始租期为99年，自2025年1月6日起生效，且Zhejiang Baosen有权在租期届满后以名义代价再续租99年。
根据公告，租赁土地的总面积约为1万平方米，位于柬埔寨戈公省的经济特区，估值约为8842万美元。租金总额为67万美元，其中40%（即27万美元）需在签订协议后七个营业日内支付，剩余60%（即40万美元）需在支付按金后三个月内支付。该租赁协议构成公司的关联交易，须遵循相关上市规则的申报及公告规定，但获豁免独立股东批准。
