Metal recycling firm Sen Yue Holdings (SGX:5BS) has received SGX approval to extend its FY2024 annual general meeting deadlines and reports to March 31 from Jan. 31, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The board confirmed the extension aligns with company laws and that it has applied to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority for a parallel extension.
