Norges Bank Investment Management acquired Canada Pension Plan Investment Board's 45% interest in Goodman Group's (ASX:GMG) Goodman North American Partnership (GNAP), Goodman said in a Jan. 4 statement.
Goodman Group said it also acquired a portfolio of primarily value add and development properties from GNAP.
The transaction closed on Jan. 1.
