Lum Chang Holdings (SGX:L19) has provided updates on legal proceedings involving its subsidiary, Lum Chang Building Contractors, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
On Dec. 17, 2024, the company disclosed that Lum Chang Building Contractors had pleaded guilty to charges related to a summons and was fined SG$160,000. Both parties had 14 days to appeal the decision.
Subsequently, on Jan. 3, Lum Chang Holdings reported that the prosecution had decided not to appeal the fine, and the matter is now considered closed.
