2025年1月8日，脑动极光-B(6681.HK)正式登陆港交所，联席保荐人为中金公司及浦银国际。公司本次全球发售股份的发行比例为14.30%，募资总额约5.83亿港元。

上市首日，公司股价平开，早盘一度涨近8.39%，而后涨幅有所收窄，盘中逐渐回落至发行价附近波动，不过尾盘略有资金涌入，最终收涨3.42%，报3.33港元，最新市值42.2亿港元。全天成交1889.61万股，成交额约6163.79万港元。

据LiveReport大数据，脑动极光-B的发行市值约为40.77亿港元，总股本12.66亿股，实际可流通股份只有6470.6万股，占5.11%。按实际可流通股份计算，首日实际换手率约为29.20%。

经纪商方面，首日净买入最多的是耀才证券、富途证券、中信证券，分别净买入303.20万股、224.20万股、25.30万股；净卖出最多是的辉立证券、招商证券、光大投资，分别净卖出101.60万股、37.80万股、20.90万股。

配售结果方面，本次申购人数共10,891人，其中乙组13人，无顶头槌；公开认购倍数为11.39倍，国配认购倍数为1.01倍；不回拨，一手中签率50.01%。

绿鞋方面，据LiveReport大数据，公司此次上市的可行使超额配售股份（绿鞋）已失效。
